Our Goal: Produce mature disciples who know Christ's expectations, know the church loves them, know God's Word, and are prepared to serve Him as adults.
Rather than asking, “How do we keep teenagers entertained?”
We ask: “How do we help teenagers become faithful adults?"
Four Pillars
1. Biblical Instruction
A youth Sunday school class Sundays at 9:00 a.m. will be going through the book Fundamentals of the Faith to teach them the deeper truths of God's Word.
2. Intentional Relationships
Each student should have multiple adults investing in them. Their parents have the responsibility to bring them up in the fear and instruction of the Lord, but others reinforce the parents' instruction as Titus 2 instructs.
3. Service
Instead of merely attending youth events, students should actively serve. Serving helps teenagers see the goal as being a blessing to others rather than consumers.
4. Integration
We want our young people sitting in church with their parents, friends, and others. We have the benefit of multi-generational connections within our church, and we want our young people to see that.
