Grace Bible Church of Cedar Ridge is a church family that gathers together to worship God and build each other up spiritually. If someone were to ask what characterizes GBC, the answer would be our commitment to God’s Word and our understanding that the church is a family.
We are not shy about our commitment to the Word of God. We preach it, teach it, and it is the standard for what we believe and how we function. Unfortunately, in the world in which we live many people have the impression that an uncompromising commitment to the Word of God means a church where people are judgmental, unloving, and ungracious. Nothing could be further from the truth. We would like to think that our love for God and His Word provides a welcoming and healthy environment for spiritual growth.
GBC is also passionate about our commitment that the church is a family. Our staff are not employees who are paid to do a job, but people in the church family whose time is made available in order to minister to the church body. Our members are not simply there to be ministered to, but people who have been given spiritual gifts to be used to build up the body of Christ.
